Tempie handled my family matters really fast. Even with the really quick timeline for completion, she and her team completed all of the transactions sooner than expected. I so very much appreciate the efficiency and relieved me of so much stress.
It has been almost 3 years since my experience with Tempie. She initially came off as caring and helpful. As I worked with her for about a year, little things like my name being misspelled frequently occurred and she did very little to help me. Rather all I heard was “just agree with him my ex you will lose more in court. I certainly did not want to put my kids going through court. Maybe, it was the fact that I asked lots of questions and did my own research to try and help myself. Or so I thought. I ended up feeling like she worked on his behalf after it was all said and done. I kept my house and kids which she considered a win and it was because my kids are the most important things to me and the security of keeping them in their home was important. He could care less about that and didn’t even try to fight it, anyway. Instead, he kept our fully paid off rent house, half the equity in my house which he had stopped paying for 3 years prior, she put in paperwork to only repay 1/2 of his part of unreimbursed healthcare expenses leaving me paying 75%. I had worked to save money during our 3 year separation as I anticipated losing my job due to my company being bought out and shared this info with Tempie. She did not help but rather I ended up having to give him over 100k from my retirement, a paid off house, and I was lucky enough to kept all our debt. And guess what 2weeks after my divorce I lost my job. So much for being the responsible, faithful, one. That is because I had proof of his infidelity which she originally made me believe would work in my favor. I ended up paying for his divorce because once he got what he wanted through mediation his lawyer stopped doing her job, so he wouldn’t have to pay more, even though he filed and it was in the papers that she would be submitting finalization within 30 days. 8 months passed before the divorce was final and it was only because Tempie said we would have to start again from scratch. I was assaulted by my ex only two months later and when I asked Tempie what else could be done, she said her services to me were over and provided no guidance. I am sure Tempie is not the worst lawyer or person, I cannot recommend her through my experience. Although, she did complete her obligation to me and successfully made me a divorced woman. The only good thing that came from my situation is that although Tempie did not do much to help me, GOD certainly did. HE knew exactly what was going to happen, before, during, and after. Therefore through prayer and HIS faithfulness. HE provided and His mercy and glory has overcome any bitterness I might have otherwise developed due to the outcome. Prayers for any family going through divorce, it really is one of the worst experiences for a family.
If you're fighting for what's truly best for your child, money won't stop her from helping you or doing what she can. Words can't say enough the power of prayer. Dealing with a custody issue is always tough. Even harder for victims dealing with standing alone against an X with a lawyer. If your child's your concern , don't hesitate to call. Tempie is not for the weak at heart. She is as tough with her questions as the other side will be, as rude as any judge would be when it comes to your answer. If you can't understand that is her way of helping you, please don't waste her time. She is valuable to many more others who do see her big heart.
Called for a free consultation and Tempie answered. I was trying to explain my situation and let her know I was clueless and was needing help. She stopped me mid sentence , herd her talking to someone to take the call because she couldn't understand me or hear me, and just handed the phone to someone else. Thought that was rude of her. First impressions do matter! She could have have said she couldn't hear or understand me and that someone else was going to be taking the call for her but rudely just started talking to someone else.
Tempie is a great lawyer, that helped my family in a time of need. She explained everything to us precisely, and made sure I was fine with everything. Tempie continued to communicate with us, and asked if everything was to our liking and offered guidance if we had any questions or concerns. She was available anytime I needed her and worked quickly to resolve my case. I appreciated her availability, and hard work. Tempie also worked with us closely and helped a lot, even working with us financially to pay her as we could. I would recommend her highly.
I been calling around for legal advice and I came across Tempie and was so pleased how wonderful she was to give me some useful information that would help me. It's hard to find a lawyer who will give you some advice over the phone. She definitely deserved recognition for having a good heart and willing to help me out over the phone. Definitely give her office a call you will be just as pleased as I was. She's so understanding and has a good heart. People like this are so hard to come across so I appreciate your advice Mrs. Tempie and I pray that your law firm prospers and can help the right people who truly need it.
Tempie's team seems pretty good from what I can tell. Now being completely honest Ms Tempie is very hot headed and will speak over you and shut you up. She does this I'm very sure because you are paying for results and she is great at getting them. Why are you wasting her time? She is fully there to help you and you do need to listen to her and do everything she is suggesting to you because she can get the best results that way. I personally do not like being talked down at or made fun of as she did during my trial on our break but the point was to shut up and do as your told so she can work to the best or her abilities which you paid for her services. I did fully listen to everything she said and asked during my trail over my daughter and I fully believe she did justice and a stupendous job when present in front of the judge. Everything was handled over the phone and I could not be happier with the services provided. I definitely will be calling her and her team up if I have any more issues in that area
