I was referred to this law firm to help me with the purchase of my first house and was not pleased at all. The receptionist Maria was rude and very unprofessional. When hired, they never reached out and introduced themselves to me which was the first strike, but I figured I was overreacting. With me being a young and naive first time home owner, I’m nervous signing documents without them being explained to me in depth. They sent me a huge packet of documents that I had questions about, so I called and left a voicemail stating I needed help with them. I didn’t receive a call back until almost 6 days later, and when I explained to her my frustration of them not calling back in a timely manner, she replied in a very nasty way. She lied and said she called me back immediately, when I never received a call or at least an email from them. So upsetting that I never got to meet the actual attorney, I’ve heard great things about him.
It's like pulling teeth to get anything done at this place this man so old and so disorganized, if it wasn't for a secretary he'd be out of business
