Since 1980 Mr. Silverman has undertaken and obtained recoveries for hundreds of personal injury clients who suffered due to car accidents, slips and falls, nursing home and assisted care facility injuries. His methods are straight forward and effective.

Fair Legal Fees for Competent Legal Work:
Mr. Silverman works on a contingent basis for all personal injury cases. If there is no recovery, there is no legal fee.

Traffic and criminal defense cases are undertaken on a flat fee basis based on the number of appearances required, (usually @ $1,000.00)

Simple Wills with testamentary trust for minors, an Advanced Medical Directive and a Durable Power of Attorney can be drafted for $1,000.00. This is the minimal recommended package of estate documents for everyone.

Small business start ups including incorporation and guidance for one year is available for $1,300.00.
