Ashley A. Philpot Mattos grew up in Tulare County. Ashley received her AA in Paralegal Studies from College of the Sequoias, BA in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her JD from California Western School of Law. Prior to entering private practice, she was with the Tulare County Department of Child Support Services as a child support attorney. As an attorney with TCDCSS she worked closely in establishing paternity, child support orders and related family law matters.
