I hired my own personal dream team of Team G! Attorney Robert Garland and his outstanding and knowledgeable Paralegal, Gina Amparan. I have been in a long, contested divorce battle with my soon-to-be ex-husband for almost a year now. As you can imagine, it has been an expensive battle at $400. an hour, but you can not put a price on your livelihood. If I could give negative stars I would. If you are accustomed to paying good money, more than the average, for good service, don't hire this firm. I hired Ms. Snider because she told me she could handle an aggressive divorce situation that involved high income. She was right, but she was aggressive with me. I was passed from one staff lawyer to another, each getting virtually nothing done after two years and charging me upwards of $250K. The last attorney on her team, yelled at me, literally scolded me, and told me not to interrupt her she she spoke. When I fired her office, I was up to date on all bills hundreds of thousands of dollars but received a "surprise bill" over $30K that was to prepare my files--after she was fired. Its all about the almighty dollar. They cared nothing about the fact that myself and two children where escaping an abusive situation. I have spoken to dozens of past clients who have settled with her only to be legally "gagged" and are not supposed to say anything. Shady, Shady, Shady business that has no sense of ethics. I have found the Law Offices of Beatrice Snider to be the best regarded family law firm in Southern California. You should have seen the look on the face of both Mediators prior to resorting to litigation when I informed them of my consulting attorneys identity. When forced to litigate, Beatrice Snider did such a great job that the excess support I had previously agreed to in mediation, was reduced enough to cover my attorney fees and costs. I came to Ms. Snider’s office initially because my friend’s recommendation was so strong. He admitted that he had mad a huge mistake by not hiring her in his divorce because her fees seemed too high at the time. In the end, he spent more money and vastly more time with others to achieve an inferior result in his own divorce case. I found that amongst her staff, Beatrice Snider strategizes and appoints the most appropriate team for the specific case. For me that was Christine Sickler and Anita McCloud. Their expertise and diligence really paid off. In turn, I referred a friend to no avail because his ex-wife shrewdly consulted with Ms. Snider simply to conflict to her out of the case.
