I will be eternally grateful to Chioma Nelson, who helped me through a difficult divorce. She is professional, experienced, conscientious and kind. She was always responsive to my questions, by text and phone, took whatever time was needed, and really made me feel as if she cared about my case. Everything started off reasonable, she kept in constant communication, but when I ran into issues with my estranged spouse and told Chioma to hold off on any work the message was not received. Instead, work was done without my consent with billing hours backdated that did not fit the actual timeline all the while we were in zero communication for over a month. Terrible experience, would not recommend.
