After some issues, a good friend/colleague recommended this firm. Not only are they a great team at Gold Law, they, really care about their staff. Why should that matter? When the staff is happy it rolls down to how they treat their clients. They take the time to explain things and with all the changes that have been dictated by the state, they stay on top of everything and take the time to explain why they need to do what they are doing. Lani Weir, my paralegal, is super organized and she is always available to talk. I originally made a HUGH mistake, and I went with one of the Biggest in the business after they treated me like just a number, billed for some bogus expenses like billing for long distance calls...NO ONE gets charged for long distance calls, even if they did, I NEVER heard of long distance calls from one county to another within the SAME STATE and absurd copying costs, I ended up switching to Gold Law I can say from experience they treat you like you are a human; they do address your questions and always get back to you in a very timely manner.
