I was informed by my girlfriend that Mr. Jason Giannetti misinformed his services re: immigration services and made promises that later he could not keep. She was told that her immigration status would be solved immediately and that it was no "big deal" as he keenly put it. After paying a lump sum of over $1,600 for his services, my girlfriend finds herself in the same situation from where she found herself from. His lack of communication and not returning calls was in her opinion unacceptable. We believe that this is a person of low integrity and character and should not be trusted. We lived in Brookline for over 8 years and value our community of professionals who support and provide legal services. But we should not trust Mr. Jason Giannetti and I intend to let other in Brookline know. She asked him for a refund and he refused on the basis that he did "some" work. You don't remember because you didn't care to provide great customer service - instead you decided to give her a hard time and rip her off.
