Attorney Mona Patel received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting at California State University Long Beach. She graduated University of West Los Angeles School of Law with a Juris doctorate. While in law school Ms. Patel became a Realtor and started her own real estate company. This venture allowed her to gain knowledge regarding foreclosures, mortgages, and how clients dealt with the economic pressures. This knowledge would later be used to help her foreclosure and bankruptcy clients. She was admitted to the California State Bar in July 2008 to practice law. Shortly thereafter Ms. Patel was admitted to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central and Eastern District of California. Within the first year of becoming an attorney, Ms. Patel started her own law firm, Law Offices of Lady Justice. She has helped over 5,000 clients regain their financial freedom with her tremendous experience with bankruptcies and foreclosure defense. With recent amendments to the Bankruptcy Code, it is more important than ever to have an attorney who knows the law, and knows how the bankruptcy court system works.
