Habitual Traffic Offender
If you are labeled an Habitual Traffic Offender, we can help get your license back. A Habitual Traffic Offender has many definitions according to FL Law. However, in my business, it means anybody who receives 3 Driving with a Suspended License charge within 5 years. A Habitual Traffic Offender’s license is revoked for 5 years and a hardship license (to drive for the necessity of life) is not available for a year. If you’ve paid a traffic ticket at the clerk’s window and were driving with a suspended license without knowledge, that can result in a Habitual Traffic Offender status. In many cases, we can help vacate that result. If you’ve accepted a plea in open court for a criminal charge of driving with a suspended license with knowledge, we can ask the court to vacate that a plea. If I was able to set aside (vacate) your plea, then I notify DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles), who will then reinstate your driver’s license. It is not an easy process, but it is a process I enjoy.
