Attorney Metin Serbest is licensed by the Supreme Court of New York and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Serbest is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Mr. Serbest has represented immigrants before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR), and Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
Mr. Serbest has also represented applicants for relief from deportation before various Immigration Courts throughout the United States.
