As such, she is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association as well as the Australian American Association (Los Angeles), Australians in Film, and Australians in LA. Specifically, we assist in obtaining visas for bands (P-1 visa), writers, directors, composers, musicians, producers, actors, and performers (O-1 visa) based on exceptional ability and related support personnel (O-2). We work with talent agents, managers, music supervisors, and production companies in
the U.S. to facilitate obtaining working visas for their clients. We also process a high number of E-3 visas for Australian nationals working in a professional position with US employers.
Although the firm services clients from all over the world, a majority of our clients are Australian, British, Canadian, and South American. (As such, there are Spanish speakers on staff.) We provide legal services relating to consular processing as well as business immigration, including incorporation and business formation in the United States.
