Most people don't realize how complex the court systems can be, your lawyer is supposed to make that process easier for you, not harder. My experience with this firm was very frustrating, due to the fact that I had to pay a lot of money to end up doing most of the leg work myself. Such as providing documentation that was required of me while this attorney never made me aware of that. What's even worse, you hire the name but end up with some random selection of attorneys and that is just so unethical, especially when you have never met said attorney and they have no clue about your case. Other people I've spoken to have experienced the same thing in which you expect Ziad but end up with a stranger. This is definitely not okay and how they get away with it on a daily basis is shocking. I wouldn't hire these guys again if I needed a lawyer and definitely wouldn't recommend them to other people because placing your livelihood in the hands of such an illusive firm is a terrible idea.

Ziad and his team help a lot. Good people. If you get DUI charge these are the guys and gals you want. They not only helped me get my charge reduced but helped me get financial assistance for it. Ani and Liz are the best.

Hands down the best and most communicative law office in the whole state! Ziad and his team walked me through every step of the process making sure I was very well informed every step of the way. Hearing horror stories from friends about various other attorney's offices, I tried my best to do as much research as I could and stumbled upon Ziad and his team. They made sure that I was fully aware of the consequences of my DUI but stayed extremely optimistic throughout the whole process. His paralegal Elizabeth would give me a call the day before every court appearance to make sure that I was well informed of what was happening the following day. They also helped me out with finding the best and most affordable SR22, ADIS class, and interlock companies which left me do no research on my own it was a breeze! Ziad and his team achieved an outcome for me that I honestly did not think was even possible in this case. After my resolution, I told my friends who were at one point in similar situation about my outcome and they were all extremely shocked. Overall, these last couple of months have been without a doubt the most stressful of my life. I can't even express the amount of gratitude that I have for Ziad and his team for making this process so much less difficult. This law office provides the most thorough and caring legal council out there and they truly are amazing people!

If you're going to spend thousands of dollars for a private defense attorney to fight for you, I would highly recommend avoiding this firm. Private defense attornies differentiate themselves from public defenders by fighting for you and keeping you accurately informed on the consequences you face. As a former client of this firm, I would never recommend these attornies and paralegals to anyone again let alone retain them for myself. Take everything you read with a grain of salt, I did nothing but support this firm throughout my process and before I needed them. I will never speak highly of them again. Avoid at all costs. The deal that was informed to me by this attorney was nothing like what was actually required after everything was said and done, after ensuring he'd be at court with me, he sent someone in his place who had no idea about my deal or case. For the amount of money I paid, I atleast expected some clear communication about what I would have to deal with. The paralegals do the best they can but just apologize to you after completely disregarding how terribly the situation is being handled. Save your money because you'll have to deal with the original consequences regardless. Being in any legal situation is never easy, trusting someone to have your back is a big deal. I genuinely feel like I was NOT this firm's priority whatsoever, although I was made to feel the exact opposite until my appearance in court proved otherwise. Had I known the attorney I paid for would be absent and the deal I agreed to was nonexistent, I wouldv'e never hired this firm. I did everything and beyond to make their job easy on my end, it is really disappointing to see they couldnt even communicate a proper deal for me. Nevertheless they did get me to through the process, as would a public defender. That was my experience with this firm.

This firm clearly picks and chooses who they want to actually represent, legal representation is sacred, don't roll your dice on these guys. A dear friend of mine was completely disregarded by this firm. That is borderline malpractice, I don't know how Washingtonians operate but here in the Golden State we do NOT abandon our clients. As an attorney in California, I can only warn you, do your research and stay on top of your representation. Because firms like this will leave you in the dark until its too late. I am genuinely disgusted with Whatcom County's lawyers and therefore the WSBA, based off of what I have confirmed about this so called "renown" firm in this area. My friends, you deserve someone to fight for you, that is specifically why private defense exists. Never forget that.

Just because you're in trouble, doesn't mean you deserve to face the full wrath of a government that knows you have capital. Private defense attorneys are the only singular blockade from the bias consequence of the municipality you face. Hiring a private defense attorney for a significant amount of cash will ensure you are protected from such bias consequence. This firm is not for you; unless you wish to spend a large sum of money on absolutely nothing.

Private Defense Attorneys are the only wall of defense for a decent civilian who has a terrible night and of course facing the relentless hammer of the US government. Hire someone who actually fights for you, trust me, these guys will not fight for you. Speaking from personal experience.
