From day one, they handled my case with care, and was able to accomodate all of my needs and concerns when it came to getting me the needed MRI's to look at internal injuries that occurred, or getting my appointments set up for physical therapy. They never missed a beat. Not sure of the reason, my initial case manager didn't work out, but Christina stepped in and handled my case. I know how hectic the office can be and she still found time to check on my progress along the way, and made sure if I needed anything she was there to assist. When my own Insurance company didn't want to play fair, they didn't waste anytime getting my case in the proper hands to get me exactly what I needed.  Thanks for a job well done on all fronts. All the ladies I worked with were very nice. I overall feel like my time was wasted and I should have done more research before hiring the law boss.I never met a lawyer. I felt like everyone got paid excluding me. I’m the one who is still injured. I could have dealt with the insurance company myself if I had known they wouldn’t fight for me. I seriously would not recommend. Honest review! I received 600 dollars and this case was dragged out for a year.

I have been very impressed with the help I have received so far an Maretta Stewart have been like an blessing she has a heart an very caring. She has went above and beyond her duties to help me in my time of need. Respect is always earned an I have so much respect for her an if this is what you get from The law boss an associates I have to praise this company for the wonderful staff. This firm have messed up my case, and my life.  my case manager and the firm was careless about my case, almost barely followed up with anything, disregarded my requests for chiropractor change, and Mis led me from the beginning to end. and in many occasions I was told that my case is very strong based on the make and model of the car that hit me, and that i should not worry about anything. first case manager did NOT do her job right by checking on everything and to make sure that we are on the right track even though i requested many times from her to check with the insurance that all is correct as far as insurance limits but she continued with that i should not worry about anything, and to let her do her job since  she believed  the make and model of the car says it all, and that she does not have to check on that due to that  she believed . Fast forward my first case manager disappeared, and stopped responding for good two weeks. some one else took over the case where the new person shocked me with the response of that the insurance limit came out to be  not what is  expected , and that the first case manager should have checked and made sure from beginning which he did back me up on that.  If  yalls employee checked on that from beginning when i requested i would have been at least on the safe side.  The second case manager who took over my case have set me up with all kinds of doctors in which doctors requested that I am in need of few injections, and most likely a surgery but i was contacted by my second case manager who requested from me to not attend any of my appointments anymore because of the limits they found about, and that i should not continue with anything and basically accept pennies from this case.  well, almost 2 years later, I am so much in pain still because i did not continue with the proper therapy, left my job cause of my constant pain that was not solved, and no health insurance.  to add this isnt the first time i had uvalle hired, unfortunately i should have learned my lesson the first time.  I am very frustrated with this firm, and both case managers with the unprofessionalism. Yes they tell you everything will be alright, and most of them know what they are doing but sadly not everyone. communication, and the doctors they refer you too are there just to check you in on a piece of paper rather than actually therapy you.  on multiple occasions i have requested for management to reach out to me with zero response. all you get is call us to discuss.

Uvalde was highly recommended by a former employee. Unfortunately Since day one the communication has been very poor my case manager Briana has been far from attentive I constantly have to call in to ask questions about my case because nobody reaching me out. I message my attorney 2 weeks ago and I’ve not received a call. You guys roll out an application for better communication and don’t even respond.  I must say that after writing this review they called for the status of my case. I just want to be part of my case. The firm May have 100’s of cases but I only have one case. Thank you for you prompt call  After this event I must say that everyone has been nothing but awesome. The attorney Ian called me every other week to keep me informed and that was the only thing that I was  asking from them. Me be part of the process. The person that I have to say is the best was the best, was Faith such attentive, informative and sympathetic to me and the process. Thank you for your assistance

Im originally from the Dallas area and K104 is where I heard about The Law Boss. I moved to West Texas to get that Oilfield money. Soon ad I was rear ended,  the first name that came to mind was The Law Boss. I must say your firm showed the care and concern as if I was a family member to my wife and myself.  I have confidence that I will be taken care of and I highly recommend The Law Boss to anyone who needs great representation in a accident where there seems to be no hope. Thank you in advance.

I should’ve did more research on this big law corporations before signing with them. Communication is regular like any other business not exceptional as advertise. “Leave a vm before 3pm to get a call back” they need to remove that slogan. I felt like I was doing too much leg work and still have to pay them 33%. My case took a year and month to close. I ended up getting an advance because one of the insurance companies took a long time to process my claim.  One of my companies sent a check right away to Uvalle. Like any other loan , it accrues interest which Uvalle was able to pay with the funds they received.The loan was paid months later which cause interest to build,  which Im responsible to pay. Uvalle could have paid the loan back instantly once received funds from the first insurance company. Caused me  to pay almost $250 of interest. I feel that should’ve been paid out since they had the funds to pay out. I’m not pleased with my settlement simply because I feel like I should’ve be responsible for the accrued interest and the service I received was not good. Should’ve since the red flags in the beginning. I made a review yesterday but removed it until I picked up my payment to see if any difference of compensation and then once I made a review speaking negative I received an instant call back from management. so making a review that not 4 or 5 stars , I get a response Interesting! But, next time I will go with a smaller company for a more personal experience.

Very Good customer service. It took 7 months to get my check. I never spoke or met my attorney, all communication was done between me and the paralegals   . Vanessa was very helpful when Alanis never returned my call, she needs to work on that or change her voicemail because she doesn’t follow through same day before 4. It’s typically 2 days later or not at all, you have to call back. It was always a pleasure to speak with Maretta and she would follow through in a timely manner. The location is actually in the Galleria mall n hard to find. They failed to inform me so I had to call and get directions that took forever. They should provide a map literally, it’s that serious but Isabel was great with guiding me through the Galleria mall to find the office. They did great negotiating, I received $2700 more than what insurance offered.  I would definitely choose them over “I JUST GOT HIT”. That company took well over a year to settle for a accident with no personal injury   . I thought it would have been settled sooner than 7 months but overall I am satisfied and Colette was very pleasant and professional with my review follow up

Solid group of people here. I didn't know what to do during my situation, but since calling them and the first person that picked up on day one till my attorney that I spoke to on the final day, they took care of me. I had no idea what I was doing and they were more than helpful. I'm not paid to say this, it's just how I feel. Y'all really took care of me when I was lost. If I ever see any of you ladies around, drinks are on me. Aloha!

They took on my case for an accident where I was rear ended on the highway and hurt my back, and they called me emailed me a year later notifying me that they dropped my case. No warning no prior communication my case was pending litigation and they dropped me because they were at full capacity. I never met the lawyer I went 6 months not hearing from anyone I would call and they would “schedule callbacks” and I wouldn’t hear from them again. I tried texting I tried using the app and heard nothing and now a year later they dropped my case. Uvalle Lawfirm is huge and they do not care about you they just want your money you never even meet your lawyer!! I would not recommend it at all. I will be suing them for time wasted and for all the stress they caused me. A year later my case had not moved and they dropped me an entire year later. FIND A DIFFERENT LAWYER.
