The Wilmington and Brunswick County areas are coastal areas which require specialized knowledge about warm season grasses and Zone 8 gardening. We understand this area's environment, soil conditions, weather, and common yard pests and use this information to create customized lawn treatment programs for your yard designed to accomplish all of your goals.
All of our technicians hold a current North Carolina pesticide license and stay up-to-date with industry best practices. Many of our technicians have been with Lawn Doctor for over 10 years, and one of our employees has been with the company for over 20 years. With this strength and knowledge, we will provide both commercial and residential lawns with the best lawn care possible. We are also known for providing excellent customer service both in the office and in the field.
In addition to lawn care, we also offer tree and shrub care, bed weed control, insect control, core aeration, fungicide, deep root feeding, lime and sulfur application, mole/earthworm treatment, and soil samples. At this time, Lawn Doctor of Wilmington and Brunswick County does not offer landscaping services.
Lawn Doctor of Wilmington has been locally owned and operated by John and Susan McGee since 1998. Brunswick County was added in 2010. John and Susan are both active members in the community. As a company, we proudly donate resources to local organizations such as the New Hanover County Arboretum, Myrtle Grove Optimist, Relay for Life, New Hanover County Schools, and youth sports leagues.
As a Lawn Doctor dealer, we guarantee satisfaction. If any application does not achieve satisfactory results, tell us. We will return and reapply that application at no additional cost. You don't have to sign a contract. We will continue to bring you this beneficial service from year to year until you tell us to stop.
