Lawndale Christian Health Center (LCHC) is a community-based nonprofit organization, founded in 1984 and dedicated to improving the health of Lawndale and the neighboring communities on Chicago's West Side.
Our mission is to show and share the love of Jesus by promoting wellness and providing quality, affordable health care for Lawndale and the neighboring communities.
* Primay medical care for adults and children: pediatrics, family practice, adult medicine
* Specialty care: obstetrics and gynecology, HIV care, otolaryngology (ENT, rheumatology, orthopedics, opthalmology, general surgery
* Additional health services: pediatric dentistry, adult dentistry, optometry, primary care, psychology, pharmacy, lab, x-ray
* Support Servics: case management, patient education, nutrition counseling, care coordination
