The staff at Lawnwood were very friendly, patient, and supportive during the recent passing of my husband. Veronica attended the Funeral Service plus met us at the gravesite. She patiently walked me through picking out the site, choosing a headstone and provided me with all the information I needed. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a final resting place for their love one. And they also have Aftercare information which was very helpful. I must add that the Staff treats you like a family member not just a client.
I finally feel ready to write a review about my horrible experience with one of the employees here. My one month old son passed away in December of 2018. I was recommended this place and truthfully did no research because I wasn’t in the right headspace. Our first encounter was with Crystal, and I will never forget. She had absolutely no sympathy, things felt very rushed, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing nor did I want to be doing it and she was no help. While filing out paperwork she made a comment about how my fiancé and I had different last names because we aren’t married, very unprofessional. You shouldn’t be in this business if you can’t sympathize with people. I will say I only had to deal with her that day, afterwards I had a gentlemen who worked there and he was super pleasant and beyond sweet. The whole process was hard enough and he was extremely caring the entire time. When I couldn’t make decisions he helped or told me just to sit there and take as much time as I needed. Complete opposite from the other employee thankfully.
Crystal was very professional when helping to make plans for my mother burial. She gave me all options available showed me different locations. Though I was indecisive she was very patient. She talked me through each space listened to what I desire. She was truly kind considerate understood it was a trying time for us. The grounds are well kept several of my family members are at this location. I'm very please to have my mother final rest place at this location. I looked at several locations this one is maintain very well.
Extremely impersonal during a traumatic time in our lives. Krystal did not give guidance, help or even her condolences. Give your money to a company that genuinely cares about your loves ones and their well being.
