Birth certificates are $10. Death certificates are $11.
Immunizations
Most insurance, Medicaid, no insurance or underinsured is accepted here. 317 is for adults that don't have insurance, and is $8 per shot. Underinsured is $8 per shot. The VFC program we provide here as well, and that is also $8 per shot. If you can't afford to pay, we can and are willing to waive the fee.
