I was involved in a complicated divorce case. Prior to being with Gordon, Tepper & DeCoursey, the case had languished. Once Eric and the firm took over the case things moved along very well. The true nature of the case and what was required became apparent. Eric Tepper, Esq. and the entire staff worked extremely hard with short timeframes to prepare the necessary correspondence and filings. Eric communicated and worked well with the other attorney, accountants, and the court. The staff in all areas was very responsive and communicated clearly what was needed and when. I always felt they were aware of what was needed and helped to explain the different stages, why we were doing things as we were, and felt respected at all times. This combined was a tremendous benefit and relief. I do highly recommend them and would expect regardless of the case or the issues the firm and people would work in the same professional manner as it is their nature.

Mrs rutkey represented my ex wife in family court for violations of an order of protection and court order also seeking lawyers fees of 12k.I had no lawyer or representation whatsoever for the trial and Mrs rutkey lost badly. Everything was dismissed,vacated and denied.Mrs rutkey will take your money and defend lies knowing you will lose. Beware of her advice as she will take your money. I don't know how a high powered law firm allows this practice.

We are working them on an adoption case and we have been met with love, grace patience etc. The process has been smooth sailing fast and efficient. We feel like old friends really. It's extremely processional but also casual where it needs to be. We feel safe protected and fought for. It does not feel like we are just a number and they are out to get our money

Ms.DeCoursey is a fair, honest, and ethical attorney.  Her legal and professional correspondences on my behalf have consistently been timely, polished, and succinct. She is a kind person, and advised me sensibly.  I found her professional approach rational, polished, and direct.     She patiently responded to all my questions within reasonable timeframes. Her assistant Brenda Rager is wonderful, as is her entire firm's staff. She is a credit to her profession and I would recommend her to anyone.
