I had a circuit breaker that failed to reset, first time in my experience so was concerned regarding potential fire hazard.  Neighbor recommended Lawson.  Tonya, Jeremy and Dennis exhibited maximum professionalism.  Extremely impressed with Dennis, he carefully inspected the wiring and replaced faulty circuit breaker.  Thank you.

I am giving Lawson’s three stars because the people who performed the actual work for me were top notch. However, when I submitted a list of jobs for estimates to Jeremy, whose job it is to provide estimates, and after a Lawson’s representative did a detailed walk-through of my house, Jeremy refused to provide me with estimates for my list of jobs. He could not be bothered. I will find electricians who are interested in my business.Service:&nbsp;General repairs

I had a downstairs outlet that blew and two other upstairs outlets that quit working. I called to schedule a service visit and they sent someone out within 24 hours. Dennis arrived on time, was very polite and repaired all three outlets within 45 minutes. I am super pleased with Lawson Electric and will definitely use them with any electrical needs moving forward. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience. We had coax cables ran through our house and they did an amazing job. They were on time, courteous, and did exceptional work

Lauson did a total supposedly new electrical system for my 2 story 3092 sq ft home in fort payne al. I say supposedly because they never touched the 3 rooms wiring,nor lighting. And less than a year after the installation which was suppose to be up to or beyond code I began having problems with lights weakening, or flickering when the coffee pot was on and 2 or more table lights. I contacted them about it then and recently. I surely shouldn't have these problems after paying them 12000.00 for a mostly total rewire. Today unlike in 2018 I'm all but broke and cant afford to pay them to fix it as Jeremy at lauson stated to me a few days ago it's no longer in warranty as they only have a 1 year guarantee. I'd never use them again I had thought them the best but if you're good at what you sell you have a little better guarantee.

Not happy with Lawson and will not ever use them again in the future. They charge a lot of hidden fees outside their labor hours. They were not prepared with parts that should be standard for every electrician to have. They took a trip to Ace to obtain the parts which they apply a 22% mark up they needed on my dime. Lawson did not give me the option to go with them to purchase the parts without the 22% mark up. This trip took an hour that should of been 30 minutes. When you lose consumer oversight from the vendor, then they should not charge that hour, but Lawson will nickel and dime you in every way possible.  Who's to say they didn't stop for a coffee - I would never know! Lawson is not prepared for simplistic jobs and do not have a sense of urgency.
