The LAWYER1 Program is an affordable attorney on retainer, a package of basic legal services including a will, living will, and durable power of attorney. The service also includes representation on one traffic matter annually in Shelby County, Tennessee, reviewing your legal documents (such as deeds and insurance policies), spending time with you to understand your concerns, and answering your periodic questions about your legal affairs. This is planned to be an on-going relationship, much like with a primary care physician, to get and keep you in good legal health.
