Top shelf professionals! I own a real estate brokerage and my team and I have been closing with this amazing group for 15 plus years. I am deeply impressed with the systems in place for transactions. I gave as requested statements to payoff creditors as part of loan closing. They did not include anything on memo line to creditors of acct # or even a name when they mailed out payments. They attached a letter, but companies need info on memo line and not an attachment. I called National Title and they made it sound like it's my problem and that I had to call them to fix. I called a week later and National Title said a check cleared, I had to ask for a confirmation due to creditor still not showing payment. All Nation Title rep said was, "well, it cleared our account". She could have offered to send confirmation or jump on the phone with me to creditor to fix. I am now having to fix this mess and contibue to pay interest till this is fixed.
We just closed on the sale of our house, the first time we've gone through this process. Cathy Miller and her team put all of our anxieties about this process to rest with their thorough preparation and exceptional communication. I can't recommend the National Title team high enough to you. If you're looking for a title company you can trust to take care of you and your spouse, partner, or family, look no further!

I closed on my house with this title company as a seller. Upon closing they gave me an amount for a leaseback on my property which i questioned because it seemed low, they assured me and my realtor it was correct. Fast forward 2 weeks after closing, it wasn’t correct. So I owned more money. Any body going through the home buying or selling process knows this can make a big difference on how you move forward. I would never recommend a title company who can’t even calculate data correctly. I will post this as many place as I can on the internet. Selling my home was stressful enough how can they put someone through this?
