Laz Fly

I have been using LAZ Fly for many years. I always use their self park and prepay to save money. Lately I noticed when I go to leave and scan my prepay coupon, it says I owe $3.78. Last time I parked, they were working on the exit, so an attendant was manually opening the gait. I heard him say to the car in front of me he owed $3.78 and to go across the street to valet and pay. Then he scanned my coupon and what do ya know??? Yup, I owed $3.78!!! Now this time I made SURE to not check in early or check out late. I went across the street and asked why I owed anything and she replied "you are all set" This is a scam!!! I would have had to pay what I did not owe to get out of the parking lot!! I am all done using LAZ Fly!! I booked with Parking Spot which is the same price and I saw 3 shuttles while waiting 20 minutes for the LAZ Fly shuttle!! You have lost a good customer LAZ Fly. Crooks!!!!

Their Valet Park is a great service! Easy car drop, quick and frequent shuttles. I have plug-in hybrid and they charge it for me before I return. Have been using them for years and it’s well worth the money to get in and out of Bradley quickly and know your car will be ready for you when you return. They even clean the snow off when needed.

The process and service were simple enough and did what I needed price was also reasonable if think about the alternative of a uber or lift would have been twice the price. But I got my rear plate stolen so be careful for that. It is an unmanned self serve parking so I take that into account but still otherwise I would give 5 stars

Horrible scam. We got completely ripped off by booking through Way. We were forced to pay additional money at 12:30AM in order to get our car because, according to Laz, Way did not charge us properly. We ended up spending double than Laz’s own advertised rates. I will never use Way or Laz again.

They were fast on drop off and fast on pickup. Our far was pulled up, warmed, and, upon arrival, our luggage was put into our trunk for us. Wow, I was impressed

They have to fix their premium self parking check in.. The barcode reader simply is not reading online prepaid tickets..

Have used LAZ Fly for almost 20 years and have not looked back. Super convenient. Drop off you car, get on the shuttle and they drive you to the terminal. Especially awesome when you go away during the winter because when you come back, the car is cleared of of snow and warmed up waiting for you. Very reasonably priced, especially if you are a points member

Very accommodating I'll never forget them they found my wallet and are extremely honest and I'm so forever grateful to George I will be back every time I travel this is the only place I'll ever use thank you love from Waterbury Connecticut

Have used LAZ-Fly for decades. Flew into BDL this past Sat @1 am. Waited over 20 min for another shuttle after the prior one was full . Saw at least 6 "Parking Spot" shuttles & 3 CAA shuttles pass by in that time. Time to look for a new valet parking service.

They're just ok. Their premier service isn't that premier anymore. They used to have an A1 car detailing service. I only still go there because I'm used to it. 98% of the time, your car is in good hands when you park with them though.
