Lemme preface my review by saying that my family has been buying La-Z-Boys for generations, and I personally started this buying process 2 years ago taking my time to find exactly what is right for my family and our space. That said the Costa Mesa showroom was by far THEE BEST showroom I’ve been to in California. Aside from the obvious, superb quality products, they also had the BEST GUEST SERVICE! Hands down! BEST. SERVICE. >>>>>Alberto<<<<< was our sales-person & we couldn’t have asked for a better professional to help us. They were thorough, kind, and attentive. We left feeling wonderful about our $6K purchase and we knew we had finally gotten exactly what we wanted. No settling, no gimmicks, and no hassling us while we shopped. I can’t say enough good things about this location. Go to it! You won’t be sorry, even if you’re closer to another one that may or may not be near a mall in another city MAKE THE DRIVE AND COME TO COSTA MESA! You’ll be more than happy you did.
My husband and I stopped in the store to do some casual browsing. We were not aware of the design services offered as part of the purchase process and were interested in narrowing our search first before we took any next steps. We decided to move forward and had Cynthia over to our condo for a consultation. That resulted in an in store visit where we ultimately purchased a couch with intent to purchase additional pieces that were suggested once the couch is delivered. Cynthia was a pleasure to work with and did a great job of putting an idea board together for us to review and work through. She had several options to consider and was able to narrow things down to get to an outcome that we were happy with. we’re excited to have the first 2 pieces delivered so we can continue our transformation. I would highly recommend Cynthia and the service she provides. Thank you!
Excellent service. We were quickly greeted by Jennifer who listened carefully to our needs. She was knowledgeable about what was available and was very helpful in making sure we found what we wanted. I have been a La-Z-Boy customer for many years. Our recent experience has reinforced my belief that I will continue to receive superior service and products from this company.
We were pleased to find a furniture store with lots of samples and an attentive sales staff. The best service is the free designer who came to our home and helped us select the best size and layout for our small living space. We don’t mind the wait as the pieces are custom made in the USA. So far very pleased.
The Costa Mesa team is devoted to excellent customer service that goes above and beyond all expectations. Go ahead and lean back, they will catch and support you; just like their chairs. This store in Costa Mesa has a sales person named tania who was just wonderful to me. So helpful and efficient and was a fun person to deal with. She found me what I wanted and made the process very easy and enjoyable. Give her a raise! I worked with the public in my job and if I was an employer this is the representative I’d want for my company. I love laz y boy and will continue to come back!
The people at La-z-boy, Costa Mesa, went above & beyond to help me choose the perfect furniture pieces. Everyone pitched in and actually made my choice an easy one. I highly recommend this store and especially this sales team!
The sales person, Jeffrey Castillo, was nice, respectful and informative. He was vary attentive. I offered to let him assist other customers as I was taking time in making a selection and he stayed with me.
Thank you to Jennifer and Cynthia for helping me select three beautiful pieces for my home : a sofa, loveseat and area rug. I appreciated designer Cynthia coming to the house to help me choose colors and fabrics. LaZboy is always top-notch.
My daughter and I were shopping for a recliner. I chose La-Z-Boy because of the quality of its workmanship and its long-lasting use. + it’s made in America. My daughter and I split the cost so it wouldn’t be more than she had expected to pay at Ashley.
