Lazy Frog Campground

Absolutely LOVED our trip to Lazy Frog. It was our family’s first camping trip and because we have a 1 year old we decided to rent one of their cabins. We were all immediately so impressed by how nice the cabin was. Very clean, y equipped with cookware, a hot plate, microwave, and mini fridge. But I was even more impressed by the 3-burner grill worth adding that they provided the propane tank…replacing it when we ran out! John and Peggy own the place and run it. We couldn’t have been better taken care of by them. They truly went above and beyond in every way. Making themselves available whenever we needed ANYTHING. You can tell they really have a passion for what they do. We can’t wait to go back. Lazy Frog is definitely going to be our family campground.

Peggy and John are the best people to deal with and have a great laugh with. They are always around making this campground clean and fun. They go above and beyond to help with anything. We came here once to enjoy a campground to be able to have atv trail access and now we have many family’s come here with us and look forward to more and more stays.

Great campground. Site's are good size and level. Host's were very nice. Even had to get help from them. I recommend staying for a few.Service: 5/5

Stayed there once, nice. Went back to make reservations again, their web site said they were open. They were not, office is poorly staffed. Sign said to call for assistance, no answer. Left message and waited around since we went 45 minutes out of our way to get there. Nothing, next day no return call. I called again, she could have cared less. First she said they were having supper, no. Then tending fireplaces. Not a good way to treat customers. Business must be good. Update. We were both very dissapointed. Thought we had found another good place to add to our list. Mentioned we never even got a call the next day. Nine months to respond to our message. A return call should have been the courteous thing to do.

Peggy and John are wonderful - they are kind and go out of their way to make your stay perfect. I probably drive poor Peggy crazy as we were so underprepared and had it go into the camp store several times but she was always welcoming and happy to help. Also their cat Rascal made an appearance at the store which is the best ever and my husband was jealous he didn’t get to say hello but I did. Pool is exceptionally clean and taken care of. Sites are wonderful. Lovely stay and can’t wait to come back.

Lazy Frog Campground was an amazing getaway for my son & me. The pet friendly cabin we stayed in was spotless, furnished & comfortable. The campground is super quiet and extremely well maintained. John & Peggy were excellent hosts and were ready to provide anything we needed. Being able to drive our ATV's right from our campsite to the ATV trails was a bonus. The outdoor pool was clean and refreshing and well taken care of. We will certainly be back next year.

BEST campground I've been to in that area! Definitely fun but also very relaxing! Everyone is very friendly. Brand new store with everything you can think of! Very spaced out sites and barriers for privacy! Nice pool area where the sun hits all day! Big field area for playing games! Big pond to catch & release frogs from!! Definitely an awesome family owned and family fun campground!! Definitely don’t knock it until you try it!!

Great campground for families. Activities for kids and families, clean and quiet. Owners are awesome....they're in the process of expanding with the addition of a second pool for families and the first pool will be for adults...when that happens It will definitely rate 5 stars!

The BEST campground in Lebanon Maine!!! Everyone is very friendly, have fun themed weekends that both the kids and adults participate in!! Nice pool area where the sun hits all day!
