A great place to park and see the sights Florida has to offer, short term or long term! Extremely affordable compared to the rest of SWFL. My wife and I are full-timers and loving how quiet, friendly, and close to downtown & the beaches this park is. Management is super fast to respond and very helpful if you want to do some of your own DIY projects on your RV. It isn’t a resort by any means, but it’s a quiet & friendly place to call home and a stress free place to stay if you want to explore the area.

OH MY GOSH  The management here is out of this world wonderful. Not only are they attentive and kind to all of their tenants  I've seen it but they come to you on a personal level when you have something going on in your life. My van was broken down because it had bad gas in it, we had to pump it out. I had no way to get to the gas station to get more, so I asked him for a ride, and he brought me 11, yes.. 11! Gallons of gas! Then it wouldn't start because the battery was dead, so he gave me a jump! Sharon, oh that wonderful woman, worked with me on the date I paid my rent, because I'm on social security, and didn't get my check until after the due date, she helped me find other RV parks to find something for winter  they were already all booked up! The lake is amazing, especially at sunrise and sunset, the fishing is fun. The showers are clean, and the toilets are too! This place is wonderful, and I plan to come back first chance I get! I would recommend this place to everyone! Thanks so much for helping me so much! After the hurricane they were wonderful! They knew people didn't have food so they had a barbecue for days to feed everyone! They went around and cleaned up the whole park from debris, and on top of that, they ran thier hose on their water bill out to the fence so we could get water, because the whole park had no water! Can you believe it!? This place is amazing. The community is great! Everyone waves to everyone, it's really a place you can call home!!

Great park...2lg lakes with turtles and ducks! Great bath house..always clean! Lot rent is very reasonable!! Love it here!

This place is amazing!! At first I was A little nervous when I toured the park. I decided to move my motorcoach there on an annual basis after meeting the managers Troy and Sharon! Two very wonderful people and excellent managers that listen to and address concerns you may have. The people and friends I've already met in here, are the nicest people I've met since I moved to Florida 25 years ago! I can honestly say the best thing I've done with sell my real estate and buy a motor coach, and find the lazy j RV Park! I'm now going to sell my motor coach and by one of the mobile homes in the park because I am so impressed and feel at home for the first time in a long time in my life! Not only does this parks prices blow every other Park away, but just the atmosphere, people that live here, and Troy and Sharon the managers make this park the best park in Southwest Florida! Thank you Troy and Sharon and the owners and staff!

We have spent almost a week in this park, and we couldn't be happier. The folks that operate the park are super nice and very responsive to any needs that they can help us with. The shower facilities are some of the cleanest we have seen in parks, and we've stayed at a lot. Thank you Lazy J for an enjoyable experience so far.

I liked it here. I stayed long term, and the management are awesome. I had two vehicle emergencies and they worked with me. If you are a gamer, Troy is your dude. Great area close to everything, plus 3 24 hour stores. The shower house is clean, and well maintained. Not tons of stuff to do in the park, a decent sized clubhouse, but you're at the beach. Get out of the RV. Wifi is a bit spotty, but my hot spot handled everything. A good wifi antenna helps., Ducks, turtles on 2 lakes.  Everyone there is very friendly and its quiet. 10 mph in the park enforced as there are old folks and kids in some campers. Highly recommended.

I went here to look at an RV to buy a motorhome and when I pulled into this RV Park I knew it was the hood seriously lol you know you're in the hood when you pull into this RV Park

Just checked in Sunday December 13 midday.  Rested Monday since traveling all day Saturday.  Seem like everyone is super nice and my view from my Motorhome is spectacular.  I will make my way around the Park on Tuesday and introduce myself to my neighbors.  There is a flock of ducks in the pond behind me and they are doing a great job keeping the bug away.  I have not had any problems yet with the no-see-um gnats.  Cross my fingers that moving to a new PARK, corrected my no-see-um.  Otherwise love this park
