As a tenent I can honestly say the owners are amazing!!. They've worked hard to invite a spot that will make you feel welcomed and safe as well as being proactive In making your stay comfortable. There is a community laundrymat You can pay with via app I like a lot it's really convenient Plus a good location just minutes away from ocean filled paradise and not to mention that with lot rent that good is why i recommend this slice of heaven when I'm asked about places to rent
Lots of improvements done here and a very peaceful place to live or stay. Love what Mike and Celeste have done. Fingers crossed for a swimming pool in the near future
The owner was very kind & seems to cater to a low income community that might otherwise be homeless. That being said...the park condition is deplorable! Beat up campers with tarps covering leaks, filthy & ancient. Looks nothing like advertised. There are no fire pits like the advertisement of the fun family photo. No picnic tables. There is a delapatated laundry hut but not sure if the machines work & you should probably use the buddy system if you are forced to use. Most of the residents there are bound to the place by what seems to be out of financial desperation. There are no community showers or amenities that they advertise under the guise of a golf club membership close by. It is sad since those we encountered were exceptionally kind & friendly. This is NOT...I repeat NOT a place for vacationing or family camping. It does seem to serve a necessary purpose for those who have no choices financially. They seem to be a tight knit community with a few unsavory characters. I witnessed one particular community senior bully & I actually witnessed detectives surrounding a camper & handcuffing a man. It was probably the only time I felt safe. We were in a tight spot & it was cheap so we had to stay a cpl nights..doors locked! But we left early & hightailed it out a there without looking back!
Not a bad place at all very nice people live there
I met some really nice people . A handful only compared to some really bad people . The laundry room is always broken the roads need alot of help. There are two men that harass women with kids . One openly pees in his yard for everyone to see . You complain to a mute ears of a landlord . The crack dealers are there like clockwork. No background checks. Beware especially if you have kids.
We were in my car and drove straight back out. No way to get our 5th wheel in there even if we wanted to. Worst place I have ever seen. My kids were scared to death. The ppl who say that this is a great place are either family or have been paid. I don't understand any city or county letting this place exist. Actually I didn't even want to give it a 1 star but had to choose one of them. Don't waste your time going to this place. It was so crowed with some campers that looked like they were going to fall down that I could barely get my car through. We found a nice small campground in Ruskin, not to far away.
I've Been going there fo over 20 years and the owners are amazingly friendly and accepting.The owner has had a wife for many years now...10 maybe? And it seems to me she takes care of rif-raf in a timely manner...possibly the reason for officers...and ugliness? We stay there and so do several of our friends and family. Granted... we don't have a 5th wheel and it is a small park with a few retired veterans.. JUDGEMENTAL
Only lived here a month. Only good thing we could say is we liked a few of the neighbors and the mossy oak trees were beautiful. Too close to 4 lane highway.
Rundown trailer park with unsavory undertones. A very large Florida Oak Shades most of it. Which is about the only good thing I can say. I'm sure some of the people are quite nice the ones I met we're horrible.
Super shady...don't mean the trees. Not sure how i would get my rv in as i could barely get my suv around one of the corners. Don't doubt for a second the review that mentioned crackheads.
