Dancebody Workout consists of six specialized original dance/fitness classes: Yollet Technique, Danzenergy Fitness, The Spice Workout, Danzparty Kid Fitness, Groovealicious and Shake&Sculpt. Each class is organized by 14 unique dance routines. In each routine you learn three parts and you repeat the steps 3 times before the song ends. Every dance is easy to follow but challenges you mentally and physically. Every month new routines are created for each class. Dancebody Workout is the ultimate fitness program for women and men of all ages. No dance experience required.
