we are just starting out. we are just a everyday family an doing everything out of pocket. we have new and used items, and getting more items weekly. we have swords, knives(fixed, spring assisted,throwing), daggers, watches, old bottles, house hold items. We also buy gold an silver and most anything when possible. We work most by appointment as we both working full time jobs. Had a reservation booked a month in advance called a week ahead and verified. Well we get there the morning to leave for a wedding traveling they said they were out of vehicles and tried to call and contact me. Never received a email or call after the week before when I verified it was okay also they was very rude trying to act is it was my fault. Rent 2 go is the better place in poplar bluff
Had my car in the shop so insurance paid for a rental. Got a really nice van from Enterprise in Poplar Bluff. Had to go on a trip for several days and had no trouble with the van at all, good fuel mileage and it was very clean. The van didn't have a completely full tank when i picked it up and i returned it full. Kyle was awesome and made things right. It wasn't a big deal but it was a very professional thing to do.
Never has available vehicles when needed. Had car troubles twice in the last few years and could not get a vehicle the same day. They did have over 5 sitting in the back unavailable. Tried once to give me a small car instead of the large SUV that my insurance contracted for.
I had a reservation for months ahead of time then this location wanted to change my vehicle type at the last minute. I will never deal with them again. I had to call them to find out.
Trabius and his Staff are courteous and communicate very well. They took a stressful situation for me and made it as smooth as they were able.
Not helpful and very rude. If I didnt have a ride already arranged and an understanding boss, i would have lost my job because they take their sweet time. Whoever the gentleman was that helped me was sighing THE WHOLE time like i his job was a bother. I was also told i was "top priority" 2 days ago and still do not have my rental. Not even a call. And i was the one who reached back out the first time. Also, tried to make a phone call and he is trying to speak over me after i find out i need a ride back out if that place he proceeded to even follow me out the door. My husband called and did get aggravated really fast because he wasnt letting him speak either. The gentleman told him he was going to hang up, so my husband ended the call because their obviously a lost cause. He tried to tell me he called someone and they "ever so graciously gave up their spot for me" its now been another 24+ hours so it sounds to me that this place is not "ever so gracious" if there was another rental place in town i would have RAN with my business. Management, you guys need to get a grip. Almost every review from now to a year ago is 1 star and im also a person who could give 0 if i could. Very disappointed so far, not even in enterprise but the staff at this place bc my main vehicle was even bought through enterprise. Poplar Bluffs is the ONLY ONE i will never recommend to anyone. Hopefully I'll have a vehicle today.. but we will see.
Booked a rental in advance and was told they're out of cars. They offered minimal assistance to get me into anything else. Ruined my Thanksgiving plans.
The manager is not courteous, he believes he is the king of his own kingdom because there are no other places to rent cars in Popular Bluff. Refused to answer questions, refused to give us names of supervisors above him. Rent from Hertz or somewhere else out of town instead of using this place.
I am not one to write reviews on places, but in this case I have to. If I could give zero stars, I would. I recently used a rental car from Enterprise in Poplar Bluff. Upon receiving my vehicle, all I am given are the keys while the gentlemen who helped me walked out to the vehicle with me and asked me if I had any questions and then I was on my way. I brought the vehicle back today and had no issues with it. Once I had returned the vehicle, the same gentleman went out and looked at the vehicle and told me that a place under the car was hanging down, which I hadn't noticed upon bringing the vehicle back because I had just been driving the vehicle normally with no issues. He then proceeded to say he would have to speak to his manager, but it should be an easy fix. 2 hours later, I received a call being told that I am being charged $500 for the undercarriage being torn up on the vehicle and that a file was already claimed before they had even spoke with me about the situation. That right from the start is bad business. The gentleman did not show me the undercarriage before I got into the vehicle even though he "claims" he did, so who is to say that the issue wasn't already there before I received it? Their so called "policies" are ridiculous and it is just a horrible business all around. Not to mention that the issue is only around a $50-$70 fix, so I am not even sure how they got the number $500. I am always one to own up to my mistakes, but in this case I am not going to because they are in the wrong. Please do not rent vehicles from this place. It's not worth the stress.
I was in a horrible wreck, my insurance called and got my rental. When I got there the lady told me I had to get their insurance also to cover the car. They hit my card 3 times. My agent asked why was they charging me? Apparently my insurance covers their car completely and they knew it because they sent a copy of my coverage to them when they set up my reservation. She flat out lied. My insurance company said this isn't the first time they have taken advantage of a bad situation. Should have known when she stated it was the only car they had, it is completely dirty and gross, ever heard of covid Enterprise, white paint spots all over inside, smells like cigarettes and pot. She then states oh gosh it's on Empty, you can just bring it back on empty. I will never use them again. I would have given no stars but that isnt possible.
