Le Château - Eastgate Square

The clothing is fantastic - very good quality for the price. I am giving a 2 star rating because their customer service it's absolutely TERRIBLE!! I needed to return an item because I was mistakenly sent the wrong item. I could not get through to anyone on the phone. I tried emailing and it took weeks for a response - when I finally did get a refund, it was for the incorrect amount!!

I went into the store looking for a dress and not once did any staff member say hello or ask if I needed any help. I walked by 2 staff members and they still didn't acknowledge me. I tried on a dress with no help and looked around for a few more minutes to see if the staff would approach me and still nothing. I was so disappointed given I have worked in this industry for a while and couldn't believe no one even had the curtesy to say hello or ask if I needed anything. Horrible customer service and I will not be returning anytime soon. Those staff members should be spoken to and have a refresher course on what customer service entails.

Was in store to buy a dress but no one ever said hello or asked if they can help!! Just kept talking to each other. Few other women walked out. I waited 10 min then walked out .

Always a remarkable experience with Candace and her staff.I work.in the mall and frequent the store weekly, love the clothes, love the staff!! Highly reccomend!!!

Insufficient staff. Found my own change room, staff got snarky once she realized I had found my own.

I used to go to this place to shop I don't really go on there anymore I might walk through once in awhile but either things are really expensive that I like or they don't got much that I wear
