Beware the bartender never returned my credit card and when I confronted them the manager blew it off , someone started using my credit card before I could even leave the establishment. scam alert photo of sketchy bartender and manager who could care lessService: 1/5

I WAS A VICTIM TO A SCAM DO NOT GET A TABEL HERE ! WHAT A DISGUSTING PLACE!  Me and my friends on Saturday 1/22/2022 book a table at La Mesa for a minimum of 1500$, when we requested the bill we were shocked to see that they have raise our minimum to $2000 and wanted $2691  They said they are  going to fix it and showed us a new bill of $1346 but when they got the card we were charged $2691, I asked to speak with a manager ‏ Few times and disagreed to sign the invoice because it was INCORRECT!!!!  instead of letting me speak with a manager the security told me in a rude way , “if you don’t sing you are out!” And soon after they took me out aggressively in front of all my friends, they threw me to the ground and I have bruises on my legs.  I’m gonna dispute the charge and not recommend not on my friends to go there anymore, I’m really disappointed. As I see it’s not the first time . Attached pictures of The receipt and pictures of bruises from the security people, please look at the table number as there  an different order number and tow bills for 1 table  55:2 and 55:1

I'm gonna just be honest my expectations were letndown by the time we got there...the main show for fire breathers was over then on top of that the few they did have come out did a weak show also I refuse to overspend a 1000 ridiculous so I left

The experience there could very well depend on the event that's happening, but the venue is lovely. I had a ton of fun there at a Superbowl event. My only complaint is security didn't want to let me  leave and come back i did anyways, even though this was an all day event read, 11 am- 2 am . At some point in time, a break and a change of scenery is needed.

I didn't even get to go inside the club, but just with the experience dealing with the doorman I can tell you I won't be back. I came for a free listening party for A. Chal yesterday. RSVP'd ahead of time, doors were supposed to open at 10PM, arrived at exactly 10PM and there were about 15 people in line before me. Once it was our turn to go in the doorman said it would be $20 each because the free RSVP was only until 10:30, and only for the first 100 people. The line didn't even start moving until 10:30! I can tell you for sure there were not 100 people ahead of me, and my group of 7 and I arrived on time. It seemed like the doorman had their own little side hustle cause it didn't make sense to us. It was 8 of us, and we each would've bought at least 2 drinks and left tips. We have all worked in the service industry and were just trying to have a good time and spend our hard earn money. Guess this club is more interested in running their side hustle than focusing on actually running the club as a business. Worst customer service experience at a club. What a shame. Our group always runs deep, and we often opt for bottle service when we plan the night. This was kinda last minute since we saw it was a free A Chal listening party. Scratch this clubs as places to go to! Please avoid at all cost.  We ended up going to Mama Shelter's down the street, had 3 drinks each. Spent over $300 and tipped well Smh

I really like the location and the DJs are always great. The crowd is very 'Hollywood'. Sorry to say it but some groups of single guys behave absolutely pathetic and annoyingly aggressive. Great if you're single but too much if you're there with your partner.

Wasn't too crazy about this place but I went on a Thursday night and heard it's better on the weekends. But the setup of the spot didn't impress me at all, thought it was kind of shabby looking for a place with such a pretentious name. And the DJ only played trap music which got old real quick. Have to go again on the weekend for a day party, heard they're much better.

Never left a review. But I have to after visiting this place. The venue is horrible. Especially for a $20 entrance. The design of the club, creates an atmosphere where people just stand around table. Bars in LA are a lot more lit. Don’t waste your time and money!!!!

Music was good. $15 drinks, $30 sangria. Under a tent, people smoking everywhere, no designated area for smokers. Called for Sunday dayclub, girl said $40 cover, contacted a promoter he said $20 cover, we got there got in line and got in for free. What the heck? Get your facts right people. They don't sell food, they had a taco lady. $3 tacos! They were aight ; not sure if I'll come back again.
