Le lo lai Puerto Rican Bakery

I got the pulled pork, chick peas stew, tostones and tembleque. All amazing. I can't wait to go back and try more items.

When you want food from the island Puerto Rico come here they have rice and beans chuleta you name it they got it and some fresh baked goods with some fresh hot Cafe Con leche

Their bread doesn't come out right. I think it feels grainy. The quality of the food is only ok, not great. I don't know if it is the way they cook or the quality of the products that they use. And that goes with almost everything they prepare in their restaurant. Their prices are reasonable and they do try to be better but i think they need to improve their seasoning/cooking or quality of the products they buy or both.

I was visiting in the area not to long ago and thanks to a review on Yelp I came across Le Lo Lai and was very happy with the food, pastries, and the friendly atmosphere. I was able to try the soup that till this day I can’t stop thinking about how delicious it was. Bold flavors and it reminded me of my grandmother’s soup. I had a fun experience when I went and can’t wait to go back. From their food and the pastries will make you keep coming back. Is like going to a bakery in Puerto Rico. I am so thankful I was able to experience it.

Authentic!! Small, but cozy and amazing Puerto Rican food. Inexpensive and great portions as well. The bakery part is also a great extra since most Puerto Rican places don’t usually offer this so I was pleasantly surprised!

Disappointed! We came from Puerto Rico and my husband is from NY City where you can get a nice amount of Puerto Rican food for a reasonable price. We went here since moving to this area and paid 25 dollars for over cooked 3 alcapurriasand 3 papa rellenos with a tiny cup of rice. Over priced and horrible job at cooking .. taste like they used old oil or had it up too high, the papa relleno literally could be used as a weapon, that is how hard it was. Sorry, but I'm very pregnant right now and missing the authentic Puerto Rican food from home. I will continue to cook at home and be sure to take a trip to NY for some good priced authentic Puerto Rican food. Maybe they need a new cook? Or maybe find someone who can make Puerto Rican food better!

Awesome fresh food, arroz manpostiado was great, the shredded pork was perfect, desserts should get 2, 1 to go. Family friendly atmosphere. Good place for small meetings.

Amazing place! Very very clean , I walked in I was greeted with a pleasant smile . The breakfast was great here fresh fruit on my French toast, I highly recommend le li lai PR bakery . I’ll definitely be visiting again and again

The food is good but pretty pricey? Yet its the closest thing to the real thing. I love my cultures delicacies.
