After over two decades of catering the finest affairs in the region, internationally traveled executive chef Josyane Colwell is opening Le Moulin (The Mill) on the Yonkers waterfront, right where saw mills and grist mills flourished in the 17th century, rapidly establishing this early community as an important business center on the Hudson River.
