My son just finished pre primary here and thank goodness because he absolutely hated it. All the educators seem stressed, negative and overworked and exhausted. The director is not pleasant and seems to be in it only  for the money. A couple of the girls were great and my son liked them a lot. But the workers didn’t seem to like each other or even enjoy it. Communication was awful. And the turnover rate for workers is very high!!! The after school program is also very confusing and should be separate.

I would give 5 stars for the amazing teacher my kid had but the place was total chaos everyday which made it really miserable.  I know this is not an easy job but the turnover rate is unlike I’ve ever seen in a daycare. When I talk to some of the girls who have left they say it’s due to poor management and burnout due to being overworked. The centres are dark and dingy other than the pre primary building.  The ladies there don’t work normal preprimary hours like other schools so by the time it’s the after school program they are checked out. It’s unfortunate :
