Some of the best service i have received at a nail salon, despite how busy they were. Henry did an amazing job getting the exact shape i like and Nancy took the time to get the details of the design just right. This is my second time here and I will absolutely be back for my fill ins! The only thing i wish I knew ahead of time was they only take cash for tips, so be sure to bring cash so they get what they deserve for their hard work :-Services: Acrylic nails

Today as I was doing some Christmas shopping I decided to give le petit nails on Shorewood a shot, prior to my arrival I had called to ask if there was availability, I also asked for the wait time. The lady that was on the phone asked me what service I was looking for. I specifically informed her I wanted a Christmas design, she then very politely told me to come in the shop and that I would be taken care of. When I entered the shop the lady recognized me when I told her I was looking for the Christmas design and told me someone would seat me in a couple mins, I waited more than half and hr before I was seated. After waiting for a while this gentleman asked me to go to table # 4, as a first time customer I was very confused since there are no numbers on the tables and there are two rows, this guy noticed my confusion and directed me where to go, he then started on my nails and asked what I was looking to get. I explained about the x-mas design and showed him some screenshots for reference, As time went by he started working on my nails and was very rough, he hurt me like 3 times and never apologized, at some point I asked myself if he was doing this on purpose. Once he was done placing the acrylic he then asked what color I wanted I was confused because he never told me which design he was willing to do and I hadn’t picked a specific color. He then got upset and used these exact words in a loud tone “you were waiting 30 mins and could not pick a color that whole time!?” I said “excuse me?!” he then repeated what he said and I told him “no!” I am waiting for you to let me know the design you can do based on the pictures I showed you! I was extremely furious with the tone and attitude this man was giving me as I was paying for these services just like the other ladies who were there. I told him to forget about the design and I ended up going with a basic red color as I did not wanna stay there much longer.Service: Nail art

Sara literally gave me, hands down, the best pedicure that I have ever had. Her attention to detail is amazing. It was the first time someone asked to dremel my toe nails. The place is clean, the staff are very welcoming and the prices are affordable. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I am thankful that I found this salon. I needed a last minute appointment and I was able to get in the next morning with no problem. I had a manicure and then a pedicure which was AMAZING! The young lady did such a great job and she was thorough and timely. I was done in a timely fashion and I highly recommend this salon.

10/10 would recommend. I called ahead to make sure I could walk in. They were kind of busy but I was sat immediately! Such a sweet lady who did my pedicure. The only thing that caught me off guard was that I could only leave a cash tip. That sucked because I only had $5 on me and the lady that did my pedicure deserved so much more… I know before y’all say atm, I am from out of state and drive trucks and my Uber was like 1 minute away so I didn’t have time. My first time here and very impressed! This nail salon was polite with outstanding nail service! My technician, Nancy, dipped and shaped my nails to my desires and was quick, efficient and mindful of my requests. I will be back again in 2-3 weeks. Thank you!

Lets start by saying I arrived to one other client waiting. Someone walked in after me and was taken before me with no appointment! I usually don’t play the race card but then during my service…my full set was completely rushed and turned out poorly! While I look around and see that the other clients and you can guess what nationality those clients were nail Technicians taking their time and actually paying attention to their clients! Not to mention the nail tech just walks off and tells some child to sit there as if Im going to run off! Excuse me?! I would never return I had to go home to properly file my nails to the shape they should have been! I shouldn't have tipped but thats not in my character! Awesome salon for nails. Weny today and Andy did a perfect job on my nails. All ready for my niece's shower on Saturday.

Helen the new owner has new rules, charging extra money. Whit this the salon is losing customers.
