We are a Group Fitness and Personal Training Studio
All of our exercises are "scalable" meaning that everyone gets the intensity of workout that they want! If you are in great shape you will "Scale" the exercises to be more difficult by going heavier or making adjustments to the movements to make them more difficult. If you are just starting out we can help you adjust the movements to make them more "beginner" friendly.

We have a small studio and want to keep the classes small so as class size grows we will add more times and/or days. We are looking to expand into a bigger location very soon!
