Food is always delicious. Sometimes you will get not so fresh food, but it's always tastes good! Staff is friendly and accommodating. It's usually not very busy as well, which is nice if you want to sit and eat a relaxed meal.
The food was good but I don't think this location will last long with such slow service. There is a long line from counter to the door and only one party is seated eating. Several parties have shown up, waited and left. This gives you an idea of how slow the only person behind the counter is working. It is a 4 day weekend with no school today due to MEA. The rest of the mall eating area is packed. it is taking an unbelievably long time per customer !!!!! The guy is working very deliberately and serving nicely but he needs help!!!
Manager is never at the store, during rushes especially, leaving one person to handle the entire store for hours on end every day. Food is always cold and old. When she is in, she is completely rude to employees and customers alike. The store is constantly filthy and is rare to find a clean table or semi decently cleaned. Went in today to talk to manager and had to wait. I waited for almost an hour and a half the only employee there did not speak English. Nothing against him it’s just not the type of employee to leave alone to handle the front and the back during a rush.
Been here many times and I have never meet staff that are unfriendly or rude. The food is like every other quick Chinese place but still good and warm. The place is always clean. The only difference bad experience was when I went there about half hour to close and the food was cold, but that is fully my own fault.
I went to get some food the other day. I was going to use the Leann Chin door. The worker was at the door and said I had to use the mall door. No big deal, whatever. She then went out the Leann chin door to have a smoke. Now I'm annoyed, obviously there was no reason I couldn't have used the door. I go around, now there is no one taking orders. It was probably her job to take orders. She could've called someone over, but I waited. Someone eventually came out. I then ordered a 3 entree meal, he gave me 2 entree meal. I tried to explain to him what I wanted. He didn't understand, so I gave up and got the 2 entree. Two stars only because their food is so damn good.
everyone who works there is sooo nice!! the main manager is always so cheerful and is always up for a conversation. there has been an occasion where i forgot my wallet and he covered my food for me. love the place.
Unfortunately I found a piece of wire in my chicken. The wire was from the scrub brush they use to clean the grill. When I went back for a refund and showed them what was in my food, I didn't get an apology or anything. I got more of an attitude as if I was lying. Will not eat here ever again.
Absolutely great service. Was created coming in the door and it looks so nice and clean. Very inviting and the house chicken is the absolute best! I will definitely be returning often.
Been here multiple times and until the last time I kept telling myself I'd try it again when I was in the mood for Chinese. This is just not very good food. Go to basically any other Chinese place and it will be better. Go to Hyvee or Hunan Garden or Yu's or even China max.
Google says open at 10:30. At 10:44 had to wait for doors to be opened, then instead of taking my order had to wait 5 more minutes while employee figured out how to open other door. Horrible. Will never return.
