Lebakkens Rent to Own

I’ve had an account with Lebakkens for about two years now. Ryan and Mike have been so great with helping me with payment arrangements when unexpected things came up. HIGHLY recommend them! They have always been very nice and very understanding.

My husband and I have been customers of Lebakkens for many years and recently we had some financial concerns. We always pay but the district manager, Ryan he called himself, was extremely rude when we were trying to make a payment telling us they were gonna come and pick up the items if it was more than 7 days. I dont appreciate threats, as I said we have customers for many years. There is no reason he had to be so rude when a customer is calling to make a payment and we always communicate. NOT IMPRESSED with him. Everyone else we have ever dealt with has been wonderful and has always worked with us.

I really liked the place never had an issue until know seems to me that there manger likes to make up stuff I had said I would rather return what I got from them and said I wasn’t home since it was the weekend just because I said i didn’t want them to pickup the I item up that I would drop it off the manger took it as i refused to return the item and started suing me and taking me to court, also made me pay court fees when everything she claimed was not true it was so ridiculous that when I got a hold of them, she said you refuse to return the item trying to make up it all she said that if I were to return the item, she will call the court house and only sue me for the available balance on my account which was not even nothing to go to court for. It was so ridiculous with her I didn’t even want to get anything from there anymore. They need a better manager playing childish games will get them nowhere

Great and easy to work with. Only complaint is stuff seems to break down fast, but I think that's more the actual company not the rent to own place.

Lebakkens has been great to us! It feels like you know that staff, as they are so friendly and helpful!! Plus, I love my washer and dryer!!

Love there Rent to own payment options bought a portable dishwasher, washer and PS5 is in the works to getting paid off. Next on wishlist a couch. Great service and recommend to anyone.

This is the best store I have been in hands down. I enjoy calling to make my payment always bring a smile to my face. Fantastic service costumer service skills are on point everytime! Stay Amazing Crew!

I’d rate ZERO STARS if possible. Customer service from here especially “TORI” is gonna be the reason this place runs out of business. Just unbelievably ridiculous childish and completely unprofessional I’ve never had an issue until “TORI” mark my words she will be the reason you guys lose a lot of good business with that attitude she would be a better fit to work at GET IT NOW.

I would never rent from them! I got a bed set from them was told it was only missing the foot board by the manager. Ok cool. They knocked a little off. I wait Over 2 weeks for a bed set then it gets here there’s no frame included! It has half a headboard that’s propped against my wall and no frame. When asking about my frame they tell me I need to pay for it yet I’m paying thousands of dollars for a bedroom set that isn’t what I signed up for at all. They’re really rude. They have no empathy and don’t want to fix the mistakes. I received damaged dresser drawers and took me over 6 months to get those. I would never deal with this company again or refer anyone to!
