Lee Ann Breading began her legal career as a prosecutor in Dallas County and Denton County. During that time, she prosecuted virtually every type of crime, ranging from disorderly conduct to capital murder. For many years, she directed the pretrial diversion program in Denton County — and has a thorough understanding of what is possible and what is not when it comes to diversion outcomes.
Ms. Breading now uses her experience and skills to defend people accused of felony and misdemeanor crimes in North Texas. These include DWI / DUI, drug crimes, assault, domestic violence, theft and other charges.
