Teresa W, was the most informative clerk! I had a family emergency and I was a new resident to Florida. She took the time to help explain everything thoroughly. I’m so grateful for her help! Outstanding customer service 5 Star
I called and spoke with Teresa about getting some paperwork online. She was the most helpful and polite customer service I have had in years. She was patient and walked me through the whole process step by step. Everyone who works in customer service could learn from her.
Best customer service I've ever received, Teresa is absolutely amazing at what she does! She took the time to understand my issue and patiently guided me through the process. Top-notch customer service.
I have been here multiple times in the last few months for anything and everything you can think of. Jerrica Parker was an employee that stuck out. She was very knowledgeable, president, kind and brought a calm to my storm. She wasn’t angry with my plethora of questions. I spent over 6 hours at the courthouse filing different motions and no matter how busy or complicated the day became jerrica met me with the same demeanor each time. She even went beyond what her expectations should ever be and didn’t leave and take lunch with everyone else until everything I needed notarized and filed was completed. I also am thankful for supervisor Crystal not sure of a last name but she also did her due diligence to find where there was an error in the system for my paperwork. She even followed up with me the next morning to let me know she is still searching for answers to rectify the situation.
So I had court today apparently until I get to The clerk of courts and find out they are closed due to hurricane Ian. Which is completely understandable, I have no complaints at all. But when you are sending me text messages about “court so and so day at so and so time” just to get there and be told everything is closed completely is ridiculous and a waste of my time and gas.. which is something very big now due to everybody waiting 3 hours in line for gas at gas stations. The clerk of lee county courts is a mess. I’m not able to find an email address on the website at all; the only phone number provided tells you they are closed and doesn’t say until when. Which is oct 7th btw would’ve been nice to know. Without having to drive in today for court just to walk out 5 minutes later being told to go on the website and send out an email explaining how i showed up and there was no court. PSA still no email address on the websiteso what do I do now?
I needed help obtaining documents for the clerk of court. I called about two weeks ago for help and didn't seem to get anywhere. But today was different, I was connected to Theresa. Theresa was beyond helpful and got me EXACTLY where I needed to be. She took me step by step, with a caring patience, to the end. Calling places like this always come with a sense of doubt, but trust me, if you and lucky enough to be blessed with assistance from Theresa, she will see you through to the end and help you get what you need! Thank you again!
5 stars to Teresa W. Everyone is so busy, from law firms to courts, and as a paralegal, am so grateful that Theresa walked me through what I needed to do to obtain certain official documents quickly and easily. She possesses professionalism and patience. I've had the pleasure of speaking with her more than once and know exactly who to contact when I need help. I hope your value is recognized!
I have been trying for almost a year to get a modification on child support!!! Literally nobody helps. My case just sits in limbo and I'm bounced around. Tina the "caseworker" is literally useless. She takes weeks to respond, shes always out of office and she never picks up the phone to make a call. Lazy!!! Nobody does anything there! If I didn't pay support I'd get locked up, but actually trying to get support is almost pointless.. FRUSTRATING!!!!
Theresa was so helpful and has great customer service skills. I’ve never had a bad experience with them and she has always gone above and beyond on making sure you are being helped out. If you call early in the morning you will not be on hold long. I haven’t been on hold more than 10 minutes and I have made a couples calls to them in the past week.
The pretrial officer Miss Ramirez needs to be fire said I didn't call in when I called every month...didn't have me her direct number but instead a number where I call the front desk than have to ask for her.....I called 6:00pm they were closed so I left a message now I'm fight a court case cause she didn't give me her direct number saying she didn't get the message how could you when you if you never gave your direct number???
