I came here with my daughter to get a pedicure and a manicure. This place nickel-and-dimed us for everything. I was charged an extra $20 for a callus removal service that literally only consisted of a bag being put on my feet. And I know from my salon experience that the prices they're charging were overpriced for basic services compared to other places that I visited. On top of the fact that they attempted to reuse products that they used on a previous customer and had I not said anything they would have proceeded. Avoid this place at all cost if you want great customer service, great sanitary practices and great prices they have neither. This was my worst nail salon experience and had I not been with my daughter this would've went completely different.

I just left 5/9/22. I came in for a simple nail fix 2. Not only did i wait an hour, but my tech & the Girl in charge had terrible attitudes. -They don’t wash their hands or clean their stations in between customers -my tech short skinny dark guy kept hopping up to take a call & fidget w his lighter. Not trying to be funny, he looks methy - i had to keep reminding him to do things, let me wash my hands put a top coat on my nails shape them, literally -obviously i asked for my TWO nails to be free, given the circumstances. -they loved that , they all had a big laugh in their native language & charged me $10 anyways. -i don’t consider myself to be a difficult customer in fact I’d rather leave but the Mood color i have is unique & difficult to find so i stayed & endured! -the customer service i experienced was soo below acceptable. Ladies & Gents, the one on Doty Road infront of Walmart is soo much better with cleaner workers. -Anywho Exhibit A-B

Ran in for a last minute, late Sat. evening Pedicure & Fill-in; excellent service! Prompt & efficient... My feet & hands feel great; @ $55, I'm reasonably satisfied...

I visited Lee Day Spa Friday to get my granddaughter's nails done before she went back to school on Monday. This was our first visit to this spa and LAST visit. They didn't give her the design she asked for. She mentioned that and nothing was done. I got a manicure, again this was on Friday and the very next day, Saturday, my nails were chipped. So I had to remove the chipped red polish with nail polish remover and it left a pink film over my nails that I couldn't get off. I had repeat the process over and over again using a brush to get my nails back to normal! I would NOT RECOMMEND this nail shop!!!

Johnny does a wonderful job on my nails and he's the only reason I continue to go but no one speaks and it seem unfriendly and unwelcoming. Even though they sometimes speak in there native language which is perfectly fine. Be aware that people aren't stupid and know when your talking about them.

The place looked and was very unsanitary. All the tools looked like they already been used on plenty of feet. The guy who did my feet literally sat the feet scraper on the garbage as a holding station, ewww no. I saw no cleaning of the bowls as people were leaving and new clients coming. My daughter recieved a fill in and his finish product was jagged sharp nails on the side, had to get that filed again. I heard the owner does great work and they look like they have good clientele. I suggest a remode and sanitation training to better serve customers. I won't be back, the only reason I came was because of a gift certificate.

The absolute worst experience ever. The original lady that was doing my nails did nothing I asked. When I tried to correct her, she got mad. I asked for someone else to help and that's when my nail tech started throwing products and stormed out. Another nail tech fixed it for me. But I will never go back there.

ALWAYS GO TO DIAMOND!! !!!DIAMOND!!!! She is the best!! #Periodtttt SHE GREW MY NAILS!!!!! She takes her time! She is the sweetest personality and always has great conversation to help past the time! She always goes above and beyond to make me comfortable! She always offers extra services just in case but never pressures you to pay more!!

They used old nail polish & the lady was rude. According to the young girl who speaks english well, the lady doing my nails did not know that the polish was old & then she revealed that it wasn't even their polish & must have been a customer's...
