Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Caine, she was a corporate paralegal for 22 years concentrating on compliance, transactional and contractual matters. During this time, she worked with merchandising, sales, finance and various departments to establish and maitain legal service and vendor relationshiops striving for the best value to the company in terms of service and price. Her responsibilites included negotiation, organizatioon and preparation of contracts, preparation of loan documentation and security interests, negotiating and maintaining lease holds, monitoriing insurance coverage and certifications, and compliance and due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions.
Lee received her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
