Great business if need insurance check them first

I questioned why my premium went up 23% on my 1st. 6 month renewal. Jimmy Anderson claimed he told me our rate would go up. This was not true. He went on to say Travelers Insurance "doesn't care about you". I have an credit score and a clean driving record. Our last conversation Mr. Anderson said he doesn't care what I do.

I cancelled because my bank messed up didn't pay for them so they canceled and I called them they was willing to reinstate me for a $75 fee and sweet later wanted me to pay a pymt on top of that so I cancelled over the phone then they send me a letter stating since I did pay the pmt they were turning me over to collection when I call they ask did I come in and sign a paper I told them no because nobody told me I had to so I ended up getting insurance somewhere else for cheaper and offering me more in my policy than what I had with Leraines insurance

Been doing business with them for years. Couldn't be happier with them. Would recommend to anyone
