From my experience, they buy furniture from a damaged auction or are wreckless. Then when they get you to accept “as is”, before even delivered trick contract then it gets damaged in transit if it wasn’t already. Con is they brought 4 out of 5 intact pieces of my order, in the house. Then they throw a blanket on the street, flipped over the fifth damaged piece , and pulled out the bag of tools and screws. This is obviously a regular procedure for them. Don’t even deal with these disreputable cons. Make them take it all back- refuse the entire shipment. They also falsified the bill of sale when I made the driver write and describe the damage. They even admitted it happened “in transit “, but I made the mistake of accepting the severely damaged couch. The leg had been stove in by a forklift or something. The driver even wrote “lost wood” and signed it. I got stuck. When I got my credit card company involved they forwarded them an amended bill and crossed out the driver’s statements plus doctored the bill of sale and delivery sheet. Buyers be aware. Go somewhere else. Incredible story but true. I can’t believe they have generally good ratings. The whole con is obviously not a new system.
This is the 2nd purchase I’ve made and again I’m very happy. The showroom is neat and clean, plenty of selection for any style or colors one would want. No pressure and friendly sales lady. Quick delivery. I can only recommend this furniture store
Let me just say I had the best shopping experience at Lee’s furniture in Lake Wales! I knew which office desk I wanted and they matched the pricing! The transaction was smooth and fast and the desk was loaded up quickly by a very helpful warehouse man.

The delivery people were very kind and fast with their work. They were also people that we could get along with and the furniture looked great. Plus the original furniture was not up to par but they got it replaced in less than one business week.
Looking for Flexsteel chairs and found exactly what we wanted here. Sales very friendly and helpful. Great price too! Best was the delivery men, they did a great job and was in and out in no time. Thanks everyone at Lee Furniture!
We went in to look at a Cloud mattress. The sales lady directed us to an Awara mattress which we decided on. We wanted to support a small local business which in this case we will never do again. After sleeping on it it we have found that it is not comfortable for us. We decided to do our due diligence and found the Awara has a 356 day "trial " We have tried working with Lee's for a resolution.. We are now being told after spending over 2K for a mattress that Awara will not honor their terms and we have to select a new mattress from their line. We do not want a mattress from them. Mr. Carter has been less than accommodating and needs a lesson in customer service and management. Lastly the company Lee's only has a paper trail in which the customer must provide documentation and an invoice as the company has nothing computerized
I love this store, the prices are reasonable, Jerry & Cindi will take care of you! You feel the welcoming spirit when you enter & most prices are negotiated.They took excellent care of me and I would recommend stopping in and seeing what Jerry has to offer! Cindi will be there to help, friendly & welcoming
I recently purchased a mattress from Lee's furniture and the process was seamless. I was greeted when I first walked in. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I already did research on the mattresses I was interested in but Gerry was great and helped me make my mind up. I did walk around the store and i really liked the quality of the furniture. Huge selection! The prices are a little expensive but that's to be expected for quality furniture. I will definitely be back.
Great experience! Hunter very quick to respond to questions by phone and email. Traveled 2+ hours to pickup recliner that was promised to be in stock and it was well worth the drive. Item and pricing exactly as expected. Highly recommend Best HF Brosmer recliner that is difficult to find in FL.
