Chef Chelsey started her career in food service in 2000 and went on to earn her Pastry, Culinary and Hospitality Management Degrees in her home state of CT. After years honing her craft, she moved to Colorado and started working with other local caterers and as a private chef for local families since 2011. In 2015, Left Hand Catering was created, services include Personal or Private Chef Services, Private Dinner Parties and Catering, Small Weddings, Wedding Cakes and Desserts and In Home Cooking Classes.
