1 month til my lease is up and it’s not coming fast enough. I’m so over these apts. property maintenance never repair things in a timely manner. When they do decide to show up, I already rig something up and don’t need them. You wake up and water is off with no notice and you call the office to see what’s the issue, No answer. And the water issues has been going on all year. Don’t, I repeat Don’t move here and don’t let family members move here. Ratings for these apts will be in the negative for me.
Staff is very unprofessional... they show u a nice clean model unit...VERY MISLEADING!!. The model is actually the ONLY UNIT that's clean...they offered me 2 NASTY UNITS...rotten kitchen cabinets..rusted appliances...molded window seals..molded bathtubs that they tried to cover with spray paint..bottoms falling out of the ovens... RIDICULOUS!!! This is NOT what your model displayed....holding and will not return my deposit because I refused to accept that GARBAGE!! Definitely continue to warn others....until NO ONE!! Will move there!!...SPOKE WITH AGENT AT BBB...THEY HAVE an F RATING....NEVER RESPONDED TO ANY COMPLAINTS...THIS TELLS ALOT
If i could i wouldn't give a star at all. DO NOT BOTHER FILLING OUT AN APPLICATION!!!!!!!!! I was told that i could go online and apply for a apt that was renting for 575.00.a mnth ago. I did all my paper work and paid the 50.00 and was told it takes 3 business days. A week went by and so i decided to call and email.. No reply. Went to the apts unexpectedly and spoke with Tierra King and she told me that my employment verify ddnt go through and that i had to redo everything over on paper...ok. So then Ms. Tierra stated that i will hear back by the close of business day. Its been a month. i CALLED 1 LAST TIME AND WAS TOLD THAT MY INFO IS STILL WAITING TO BE VIEW BY THE MANAGER. AFTER I WAS TOLD THAT SHE WAS WAITING ON HOW MUCH MY DEPOSIT WOULD BE...decided to email BBB ON YESTERDAY and by the end of the day. Tierra King called..FINALLY and said that i was not approved because of background. There IS NOTHING ON MY BACKGROUND. When asked what it was she stuttered and just said "its your background". Like really. I never been to jail, or have any type of record, i have a apartment now or outstanding mlgw bill NOTHING. And all she could say was"it was my background"
Nastiest APARTMENTS, ROACHES. FLIES. BED BUGS. NO PEST SERVICE FOR YEARS. NO MAINTENANCE. OLD CARPETS NEVER BEEN CHANGED FOR 10+ years. extremely negligent irresponsible & careless management. Unsafe. ZERO STARS NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. PLEASE SPREAD THIS MESSAGE TO ALL. So many charges extra in the name of services0.
Lived here a year. They dont fix anything. Water is turned off frequently without warning. When they do fix the problem it is no better then before. Wouldnt recommend my enemy to move over there
They over charge and don't do their job..big pot holes in the parking lot, we have to try to avoid the big pot holes..the gate is never close, people from other apartments jump the gate on here. My central air was never fix so they gave me a air unit..
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! IVE HAD PROBLEMS SINCE DAY 1!! OFFICE STAFF ARE RUDE! MAINTENANCE IS LAZY AND DOES NOTHING ALWAYS HAVE AN ATTITUDE! I PAY RENT FAITHFULLY BUT WHEN O SAY I'M DOUNG THE DASH OUT OF THESE APARTMENTS I AM. RATS, BUGS, ALWAYS TURNING THE WATER OFF FOR HOURS...IT'S SAD SERIOUSLY! THEY ALWAYS MISDING PLACING RENT OR ACCIDENTALLY PUTTING YOUR HARD EARNED RENT MONEY ON SOMEONE'S ESLSE ACCOUNT. DON'T DO IT I PAY 685 FOR A 1 BED ROOM THEY RAISED THE RENT!! LOL PLEASEEEEE I'M GONE THIS MONTH LEASE IS UP!!!!!
Nasty place, worst management, Extremely unsafe, No maintenance support at all. Not recommended at all. Show you some else and sets you up with nastiest apartment and you'll spend your whole day to get hold of someone. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! PERIOD
