Not sure how I got so lucky to be placed with an amazing therapist the first time. It was an adjustment with psychiatrist but I finally found Dr. Quan she is amazing. Scheduling is easy too and I've never had issue with anyone I've come in contact with at legacy.
I would give it zero stars if I could for the Psychiatrist. She was seeing my middle daughter that was struggling with anxiety. I don’t know where she went to school, but she was very rude and said she would only prescribe a certain medicine that did not work so she kept upping the dose on the same medicine. My daughter had been prescribed a low-dose of another medicine before that she didn’t want to write And no it wasn’t something strong, but she want write even the lowest oldest medication designed to treat actual anxiety because she thinks anything that is a mild benzodiazepine is not for anxiety in reality they are the very class of drug that treat anxiety . She just needed some help not a daily dose. She’s 19 years old. She actually sent a certified letter, not one ,but to terminating her for asking to be put on the anxiety medicine that works instead of hydroxyzine. I thought there was patient confidentiality, but that was out the window. She’s an Asian lady that is hard to understand, but very rude. It explains why she isn’t practicing psychiatry anywhere but the local clinic. Absolutely no help and judgmental. We came to her genuinely concerned for my daughter as anxiety Can be terrible. The letter also said they can see us for anything else, but psychiatry. Yeah right, like we are ever going to come back after being treated like that. We have already found a new provider. Good Lord, it’s been a rough year for the family. We have a Loved one that has terminal cancer and I shouldn’t have to be putting my business and my daughters on here, but that certified letter irritated me. I even showed it to my family attorney.
I've recently moved to TX. Getting healthcare was made easier by Legacy Clinics. Initially, my child was receiving care at the Baytown Houston Methodist location. However, when her pediatrician was moved to this location, I decided to keep appointments with the same doctor and thus switch to this location. I found the staff more professional and seemingly caring at this location compared to Houston Methodist's location. The nurses at Houston Methodists were on their phones with headphones on, which I did not appreciate considering the line of work being done.
I had the first appointment of the day so it was early. A gentleman came to tell me when I would be able to come in and which door. That was helpful. The rest of the staff was kind and courteous.
The front desk staff smile and are very helpful and respectful. The medical assistant and doctor not only were respectful of me as an individual, but didn't rush me. They took the time to answer questions and explained next steps in my care.
Dr.Dana Bradley she's professional, patient, very understanding I wish I can give her a 100 's. My kids are extremely comfortable opening up to her look forward to visits express there feelings & worries Dr. Bradley comfort their thoughts with positive encouragement words . Thank you! I Recommend Dr.Dana Bradley in Behavioral Health Department she's The BEST !!
From the onsite Security Officer to the Deer Park TX LCHC Clinic Staff, Nurses, the Doctor to David in Eligibility, hands down, are what I look forward to continue in staying with this clinic moving forward after my May 8, 2023 medical and eligibility appointments. Stay safe and healthy and have a wonderful and blessed evening. See you all for my follow up next month.
Price was really high at 85 dollars. Service was good and fast though.
Everyone was very professional and worked quickly to resolve the issue we were having. I appreciate their concern for our welfare and quick speed to fix the problem. Thank you
Dr was not my sons regular dr and was not listening to my concerns. She was telling me that a fever of 101-102.3 was normal for kids with allergies and that is not true. She would not do any tests to find out what the real problem was. No concern at all!! I do not recommend her at all!
