LASRC is a non-profit law office that provides free civil legal representation to low income residents of Rockland County.
Since 1966, the Legal Aid Society of Rockland County (LASRC) has provided free civil legal services to Rockland residents who cannot afford private attorneys. We strive to ensure that Rockland County families and individuals, from children through seniors, have access to a safe home, enough food to eat, public benefits to which they are entitled, medical care, and adequate shelter.
Our mission is to give a voice to the people that need representation or advice and cannot afford it, we work in different areas of law such as Children Rights Division, Basic Needs, Housing and Special Needs.
