5 for CUSTOMER SERVICE but 2 for the car. I never rented a car from Enterprise in Bridgeport, CT last Friday was first time. I normally rented a car from Shelton, CT Enterprise - in and out less than 30 mins with new car and EXCELLENT customer service. When I got to Bridgeport rental car place, I was dumbfounded to see so many people waiting inside the office and I didn’t see any NEW cars at all. Apparently people had been waiting 2-3 hours for their rental cars. Long story short, I waited for 2 hours to get my car - the worst rental car I had ever have. The key fob doesn’t work, touch screen doesn’t work, and the break needs to be fixed - I had to press all the way to get to complete stop. Normally, I would have thrown a tantrum for the long wait and worst rental car ever, but I didn’t. Mike, the manager, Phil, the staff are SUPER professional and calm in handling all these chaos. They listened to our frustration and understood, but NEVER once they were rude to any of the customers there. I felt like I was talking to a friend when I told Phil my frustration. Mike really did a GREAT job managing this branch. All of the staff there, Phil, a lady, and another guy don’t know their names really showed their commitment to their job and provided a SUPERB customer service. I hope management recognizes, appreciate their work and give them promotion and big fat bonus at the end of the year. Well done Enterprise for Customer Service but need much improvement for car availability
My experience here was outstanding, mostly due to Cam’s outstanding customer service. While I needed the rental for a trip I definitely wasn’t looking forward to, Cam made the process seamless, efficient, and was even able to elicit a bit of laughter from my grouchy early morning self. I also observed Cam interacting with a difficult customer, and was impressed with how he remained professional and courteous throughout. Enterprise is lucky to have this man representing their brand!
Very nice staff, but the company is super disorganized. Car was not ready upon arrival. Tank not full. Car smelled horrible. Business needs, expanded lot, to augment capacity and service demand. The lobby are should also be expanded, super tight small space. Larger cleaning bay with double the current 2 vehicle capacity. Additional staff. Otherwise, a rental place like all others, just very old facilities with low capacity.
I had to use Enterprise after having my car repaired from a road accident. The location was given to me by insurance company. Wouldn't be my first choice, but they were very nice and accommodating. Shown by when the changed my car the very next day due to a "certain" smell lingering. I might not necessarily use them again because they are further from my house than another location. But would recommend to someone closer.
370 North Avenue location was amazing. It was a very stressful time when I rented as I was visiting my mom in the hospital and Natassia Hall was excellent and made the process easy and efficient. Additionally, when I dropped off the car, they gave me a ride back to to the hospital. Will use them again.
I own a small business with my husband and a lot of times we need an extra car. This branch is one of the closest ones to our home we always rent our cars from enterprise on N Ave. If there ever is a time we need to go rent from another location they alot of times lack availability. All the employees here are very friendly and professional we just wish there was more employees working especially on Saturday mornings to speed up the process on the returns and picking up the rental on Mondays I find to be some of the busiest days, otherwise they always have options for suvs sedans and smaller cars for your last minute reservations.
This is my worst experience ever at Enterprise. I rented a Ram pick up truck and as I was finalizing the process the clerk ask if I had full coverage and was my deductible $500.00. I replied yes I have full coverage and a $500.00 dollar deductible. I let him navigate through my policy online until he found what he was looking for. As all this was taking place, a caucasian customer was also renting a vehicle and which he so happen to have a caucasian clerk, which my clerk was also caucasian. The other clerk said to her customer I’m sure you have full coverage and a $ 500.00 or $1000.00 deductible because you just brought a new BMW. She never verified his insurance but I had to verify my insurance with my clerk. So I told my clerk that the other clerk did not verify the other customers insurance but you are making me verify my insurance and that I have a $500.00 deductible. My clerk responded by saying it’s because of the vehicle you are renting. I have rented all types of vehicles at Enterprise and they always verified my insurance. Im sure Enterprise is suppose to check to make sure all their customers have full coverage before renting them a vehicle. I ask to speak to the manager which was Ryan. Ryan was extremely rude and was trying to antagonize me. He did not try to help or provide a reason for what just happened but he kept on trying to engage me in an argument. Then come to find out the Pickup truck that I reserved was not even there it was in Stratford, CT. One of the other workers offered to give me a ride which I said okay fine. I waited outside and come to find out Ryan was going to be the one transporting me over to the Enterprise in Stratford. I told Ryan no thanks and that I will catch an Uber and he starts laughing and making sarcastic comments. I caught my Uber and Ryan met me over at the Enterprise in Stratford and again he started right back antagonizing me. Ryan clearly has a problem with African Americans. This has been stated in other reviews for Enterprise which mentions his name and how he treats African Americans. The owner of this establishment should terminate Ryan for his racist behavior. I have experienced racism before but for someone trying to start a fight with me is outrageous. I am never going back to this establishment. The business owner of this establishment really needs to have a talk with his employees on how to treat people. We are all human and should be treated with respect. Ryan needs to be FIRED.
They helped me with car rental, their service was fast and professional. Michaela help me pick the car she is very kind and professional.
They were really nice and quick to get me into a car
This was a post holiday and the store was very busy. But these guys manage to push everyone out fast and gets us on our merry way. Car rental price went up too. Ah well what you gonna do.
