In a nut shell, I am happy with the Doctors at the hospital and thankful for there services but I am not happy with in a certain department at this location. A female name Ebony I'm sure she lied to me about her name over the phone kept wanted to verify my personal and confidential information over the phone and I'm not a huge fan of doing that. very disrespectful when she started laughing in the background doing our call. I asked to speak to a manager and she put me on hold until I couldn't hold anymore. Very unprofessional.
Longest waiting room experience ever .. unprofessional, careless people, been in waiting room for over 2 hours and still got no service. It’s not even packed in here. Doctors seem to be playing monopoly and doing their shopping lists rather than help people that are sick. I will never return to this hospital again. Every hospital in the area is faster than this one. What a joke . Get more staff or better staff
Wonderful experience with having a surgery done. The staff knew how anxious I was and took care of my spouse and I. Would recommend to everyone!
Where do I start! This hospital experience was like no other. I have had my share of surgeries and hospitalizations. St. Lukes used to be my go to for care. I didn't have a great experience with a previous surgery there. The receptionist let me know where to check in. After checking in I did not wait for long before I was called in. They were pleasant. Once I got to my room the bubbly nurse gave me the prep instructions. Unfortunately I only remember one nurse's name, Caroline who was a great caring nurse who placed my iv. My surgeon Dr. Miles checked in with me promptly. I was asked identifying information by all the staff confirming who I was and why I was there. Dr. Folgueras the anesthesiologist was very kind and polite. She addressed my concerns. The staff treated me like a loved family member, even in the operating room. I had some concerns about my garment being open. A nurse said," don't worry we will keep you covered." After my surgery was completed, in recovery I had mentioned to the accompanying nurse that my mouth was dry. She proceeded to spoon feed me ice cubes without my request. That is pretty amazing to be so attentive. A nurse and Dr. Miles both called me the next day to ask how I was doing and explained the result. I like that. I know good hospitals work hard with staff to build a reputation through patient care. I feel it is important to leave a detailed review to reflect these efforts. Since I am trusting people with my body seeing a good disposition is important. I would recommend this doctor and this hospital due to a good experience. Thank you!
Had a great experience with my surgery here. All of the members of the surgery team came to greet me beforehand. My nurses did everything they could to ease my nerves before I went under, too. I couldn't have asked for a kinder experience.
If I could give this place less then a one star I would . Waited over four hours In the waiting room . Staff is a little too layed back to be working in a e.r facility . Asked multiple time's what is the hold up ? Not one person I spoke to had an answer to why it was taking so long . If you can help it take the extra 10 minutes to drive to cedar crest or got to Bethlehem this place is about as slow as molasses .
Very professional and caring hospital. Ambulatory Service Unit was awesome !!
Horrible and inconsiderate staff in the emergency room - was here from out of town visiting family and got severely sick. Sat waiting for 3 hours until i eventually left to go elsewhere. Was told repeatedly that i was next, all the while several ppl were being seen and discharged.
The lady I spoke to was rude and very unprofessional. She should not be answering the phone at the children's clinic. I thought I called a hospital to speak to them about my son. It felt like I called some girls personal phone that had an attitude about something, and was taking it out on me. She was very unhelpful, and very difficult to talk to. Not a good look for a hospital.
They are always friendly. Never crowded. Very clean. Staff always greets and smiles when looking at clients. I love this hospital about if all the hospitals in my area . Mind u there are 3 others
